• Server provisioning in VMWare and AWS Environment
• Act as SME for Storage and Backup Administration using NetApp & Veritas Netbackup
• Identifying appropriate use of AWS deployment and operational best practices., managing, and operating scalable, highly available, secure, and fault tolerant systems on AWS.
• Experience with other virtualization environments such as VMWare and Azure
• Experience with different platform like Windows Server and Linux/Unix

Mandaluyong

• Assigned to Globe telecomL2 Application Support (Globe Portal Site and Billing System)
• Perform health check of application processes.
• Perform health check of all interfaces (External and Internal)
• Perform Start/Stop of the applications or interfaces.
• Perform testing in development system for any bug fixes / updates / code changes performed by L3 Vendor, before deployment into production.
• Perform testing of end to end services after any bug fixes and updates implementation.

Pasig

• Assigned to Hewlett Packard - Mckinley - Storage and Backup Support under Alcatel Lucent account
• Handle HP Data Protector and Net Backup.
• Handle ticketing system ( HP Service Manager)
• Generate daily utilization report of HP XP Storage.
• Generate daily Impact Report for our team’s performance.
• Monitor and provide report the health status of library systems (Virtual Library System) and storage devices ( XP and EVA).

Mandaluyong

• Technical Support Engineer of Hewlet Packard Backup and Storage Server Machine.
• On call Technical Support of HP Storage server machines
• Perform annual preventive annual maintenance to Server and Storage. Preventive maintenance includes physical cleaning and upgrading of software, drivers and firmware.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and problem isolation of storage servers (include online hardware parts replacement)
• Perform server build up of physical server including rack mount.
• Perform installing and configuring of HP Storage machines (includes OS installation and configuring RAID)
