This role provides consultation, oversight and guidance in the area of employee relations and labor relations at Mississippi Power. Responsibilities include interpretation and consultation on company policies, procedures and guidelines and consultation with management on employee discipline issues; responsible for interpreting the Memorandum of Agreement and participating in grievance and arbitration hearings; This role also provides support for all labor and employee relations activities including the general increase, maintaining the seniority list and development of internal and external communications.
