Several years ago a change led me to a life as an entrepreneur.  During my journey, I found a love for combining my artistic skills with teaching and inspiring positivity. I have learned that we all have a deep level of joy withIN in our hearts and with continued practice of confidence, curiosity, and creativity this JOY can thrive.  I created In Joy, LLC so that I can help kids of all ages foster their true JOY withIN and increase their self-worth. I am incredibly passionate about being a change agent for our youth and for people of all ages. Art is a fantastic tool to help people convey confidence and strength while they lean into the range of emotions and trials of life. Through INJOY I offer private art lessons and workshops plus I sell inspirational journals. The consistent thread among all INJOY classes and merchandise are the words "I AM". I believe what you say after "I AM" is true for you. I use positive self-talk as a foundation for lessons and workshops. This foundation spreads to other important resiliency building philosophy's including mindfulness, self-awareness, kindness, mental wellness, self-care, and growth mindset.  Art is such a wonderful way to teach these important lessons. Creativity can build character, enhance communication skills and is a way we can celebrate our individuality.  Art is also a universal language that breaks down barriers and allows a special bond between me and my audience.
