Currently a third year Graduate Student at CSU Sacramento’s Counseling Education Program with an emphasis in Marriage, Couple, & Family Counseling. 8 years of experience working in the mental health field, primarily working with youth and families. Currently working as a Youth & Family Specialist at CommuniCare+OLE embedded at Cesar Chavez Community School. Interning in our Adult Services program providing both group and individual therapy to incarcerated individuals. Some career goals are to become a Licensed MFT, practice psychotherapy in a variety of settings, and most importantly help people improve their quality of life through therapy and social justice advocacy.
