I took great pride in managing a James Beard nominated restaurant and butcher shop. I was in charge of running all daily Front of House business operations including: hiring, scheduling, creating training manuals, use of Google apps and Toast POS, organizing and paying invoices, managing and ordering beverage inventory, social media, wine pairing for parties and events. Working alongside talented butchers I developed a greater understanding of farm to table butchery. I enjoyed motivating my team and keeping them educated and up to date regarding the wine menu and new product. I created a small but mighty wine and beer list. It was varietally and geographically diverse and there was truly something for everyone. I was in charge of updating and maintaining our online ordering system Toast. We sold food, beverage and retail for pick up or delivery.
