Though my primary focus was Texas, I recruited and networked for clients in multiple states. I placed talent in the areas of administration, accounting/finance, healthcare/hospital management, home health/hospice industry, sales/marketing, technical, executive management, and manufacturing at the VP/GM level. I was responsible for both retained and contingent searches depending on the level and difficulty of the position.

Reported directly to the Market Manager and maintained a continuous open line of communication with the active field staff and clients, with appropriate follow-up. Assisted with Human Resources and Quality Assurance functions as it related to talent as well as with aging and Accounts Receivable and weekly payroll of all talent. Met the needs of the field staff and clients in an appropriate and timely manner. Supported recruitment efforts which were currently underway and cultivated those for the future. Verified and maintained client credentialing and the referencing process. Assisted with housing arrangements for talent as needed. Uncovered clients' and field staffs' needs, situations, and problems by asking questions. Retained a flexible schedule in order to service clients and field staff requests and/or handle issues. I scheduled and maintained patient appointments, verified and billed patient health insurance, generated patient forms and documents, completed daily statics, assisted with public screenings, marketing and promotions.
