 Oversees site housing mental health residents and adults with intellectual challenges and disabilities, serving as liaison between residents, their support coordinators, family, legal counsel and other healthcare professionals.  Designs and maintains all marketing materials and collateral, and promotes community inclusion opportunities with residents.  Develops annual budgets to sustain smooth running of all day-to-day activities, generates bi-weekly payroll and created policy and procedures in compliance with PA State 6400 laws and regulations.  Initiated and developed strategic relationships with several local and state hospitals to maintain a referrals base. Orients new staff and residents to policies and programs, delegates and coordinates staff responsibilities, and manages all resident ISP’s, incidents and updates through HCSIS. Interviews and hires candidates, develops job descriptions, manages and trains staff, and provides ongoing staff development and education.  Conducts performance reviews of staff, assessing talent and offering suggestions for improvement and greater accountability, recommending salary increases and promotions when warranted and terminations if necessary.

 Devised strategic marketing and advertising initiatives, conducted competitive research and price analysis, and developed collateral to increase company visibility and promote its products and services.  Wrote and submitted bids and proposals to general contractors for commercial construction projects.  As direct report to the President and CEO, managed and supervised all office responsibilities, coordinated travel plans and meetings, and maintained and upgraded all computer and technological systems.  Responsible for daily deposits, cash receipts, weekly payroll, bank and payroll reconciliations, month-end closings, monthly submittals to I.U.P.A.T District 51, and software backups using QuickBooks.
