Accountable to ensure performance metrics, Prepare and drive operational and financial metrics insupport of key decision making like Revenue Forecast, Revenue Reserves, Track cost centers,Month end closures & Variance analysis Provide reports and data visualizations to management for datadriven decision making.Lead on the development and implementation of Dashboards and other reporting tools to provideaccurate, timely and effective management information.Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures to improve the operating quality andefficiency of the team.Visionary and a leader in the development of reporting and online tools to enhance the performanceand efficiency of the manufacturing operation and enable the Company to achieve the required level ofexcellence.

Maintain consistent stock balances by adhering to strict inventory control procedures. (Yarn to finish)Reviews and upgrades inventory procedures as per the group policy and recommending it to themanagement and group audit for review.Monthly reconciliation of physical stock of each Godown like Yarn, Greige/Knitting, Packing, GeneralStores & Spares, Color Chemical and other WIP stages like Dyeing, Drying, Gumming, Printing, Finishing,.Work together with the different departments like Purchase, Store, WIP, Finish, Packing and Logistics,Sales, and Communication with domestic and export marketing teams on sales space optimization andregular replenishments through the analysis of stock movements.Review and monitor daily and monthly analysis reports on various measurable factors againstbenchmarked figures (e.g. reports relating to delivery accuracy, shrinkage, discontinued and sales lists,stock levels, stock aging, etc.).
