● Coordinated using “project management” principles the operation, budgeting, and planning of the association, organizing and communicating between the stakeholders +40 meetings, visits, and talks for its consolidation.

● Accomplished the Earth Charter sign in the faculty, an international declaration endorsed by the UN. ● Arranged activities, prioritizing, and delegating to achieve at the end of the year the saving +100,000 single-use plastics, building a pollinator garden, and implementing a vegetable patch.● Directed a multidisciplinary team that included architects and political scientists, conducting the research for a safe route construction in the Garza Sada-Walmart-Mederos way that would benefit +3,000 people daily.● Consolidated a program to raise awareness among the campus community on climate change and sustainability challenges, educating through banners, social media campaigns, and in-campus activities like stands, workshops, and conferences.

● Instituted the first green week FAECO 2017.● Coordinated awareness campaigns about recycling and waste management.● Organized reforestation events and days to recover natural areas.

● Created a business in a marginalized community building a commercial guide with the mission of connecting local entrepreneurs with potential clients in their area.● Managed the sales process for a client portfolio of +60 local businesses that used our advertisement services, interacting and visiting them once a month for service renewal or making changes in their plan selection.
