Jaime Dieckhaus is a Senior Manager within BDS Competitiveness & Integration. In this role, Jaime is responsible for leading a diverse team of engineers and technicians. She manages, develops, and motivates employees while focusing on executing organizational strategy.

Jaime Dieckhaus is the Manager of the Health Management and MRO Technologies team within Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T). In this role, Jaime is responsible for leading a diverse team of software engineers, system engineer, and advanced technologists. She manages, develops, and motivates direct report employees while focusing on improving customer relationships. Her team is responsible for the research and design of advanced health management, MRO technologies, and analytics solutions, supporting multiple business units within the enterprise.

Jaime managed a PFA team responsible for managing the forecast of over 200 suppliers, as well as analyzing these supplier costs, and supporting procurement strategies and negotiations.

Jaime supported the ASC2 and P-8 programs while analyzing supplier cost and pricing data, and negotiating cost reductions.

Jaime supported the Apache program as a procurement financial analyst, and was responsible for analyzing supplier cost and pricing data and negotiating cost reductions with major subcontractors. She also led several classes and training sessions on how to comply with Federal Acquisition Regulation.

Jaime managed product configuration baselines, including technical, data, and management. She was responsible for translating customer requirements into contractual supplier requirements, including supplier tasks and deliverables. She support procurement in negotiations with suppliers on complex engineering efforts. She strived for continuous process improvement utilizing both lean and six sigma key principles. She actively lead, participate in, and coordinate diverse multi-disciplinary teams centered around improving employee engagement and process improvements. She also earned a green belt in Six Sigma.

I supported the Vice President of Facilities to evaluate new buildings under construction. I partnered with branch managers to ensure projects were tracking according to strict timeline. I assisted in organizing construction procedures for commercial projects. I organized bidding documents, cost comparison, and scheduling of work, contributing valuable experience in base building skills and contract procurement and awarding. I worked both on location and in the office to determine necessary actions in order for new buildings to be constructed smoothly and quickly, without compromising the safety or building requirements.

I assisted in the identification of key product lines for the largest program launch in the company’s history. I coordinated, on an international level, product sample configurations for key consumer marketing promotions.

I supported manufacturing and mechanical engineers by updating and creating process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses' and process sheets for various individual components and assemblies. I coordinated a troubleshooting team to resolve machine and tooling complications and quality issues.
