Since my first contact with different international environments thanks to my foreign trips during my student stage, I knew I wanted to focus my professional development in such international environments for business.I have more than 10 years experience in international sales and marketing in food and non food sectors, as head of the international department but also focusing in selected markets and sales channels.The last 7 years I have been working in the confectionery sector where I have had the chance to participate in some trade fairs and prospectional trips some of them focus in confectionery but also in general food sector. Such as: ISM, SIAL, ANUGA or PLMA.Actually I am Export Manager at Caramelos Cerdán S.L., Lollipop Factory with more than 100 years in the business producing high quality lollipops and candies. I consider myself a very active sociable person and customer oriented who loves new challenges and understand "the enterprise" as a way for a personal development where the worker may give his opinion and experience to his company and receive the benefits of it.When the companies believe in their workers and make they feel as a part of something, you get: commitment and labor wellbeing and this is when the company may reach their best results.
