Jaime Pla is Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Advanced Interfaces & Sensors business of NXP Semiconductors. Jaime’s leadership and experience in growing the enterprise value of globally-diverse, fast-pace, technology-driven organizations has been instrumental in increasing profitability of his organizations several times faster than revenue growth, while at the same time growing the top-line faster than the market. Over his 29-year career, Jaime has worked in a variety of markets from automotive, industrial, consumer, wireless and military applications while holding a broad range of roles with an ever expanding set of responsibilities, among them: P&L ownership of multiple business with close to $1B of revenue, domestic & international business development, sales & marketing, organization design, business operations, technology development and all aspects of new product development including product definition, design, test and industrialization to high-volume manufacturing. Jaime has successfully managed and increased the productivity of his organizations while achieving < 1% attrition rate of teams across multiple countries such as the US, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Japan, Korea, China, Malaysia and Russia. Jaime speaks English & Spanish fluently and holds a BS & MS degrees in Electrical Engineering.
