About Jaimie Keating

I am currently working with senior leaders to define a new mission, vision & value set for Walks and Devour post-acquisition, incorporating the history and strength of both brands. In setting appropriate best practices to incorporate mission, vision and values into team interactions, performance reviews, and decision-making across the business unit, we're looking to create an engaging and fulfilling company culture for all staff. This rolls through to the improvements I am also making to the onboarding and training experience for new hires, helping to create learning and development plans for all staff based on needs identified in collaboration with middle and senior management.Alongside my work with Walks and Devour, I am working with new leaders on a freelance basis, providing coaching and support as they step into new leadership positions and look to fully realize their leadership potential. If you are looking for any leadership coaching or soft skill development for you or your team, don't hesitate to reach out!You can find me at:jaimiekeating@gmail.com
