Senior Program Director
Current● Creates, plans, and executes cross-company people experience programs that support company vision across Cornerstone and Beacon sites.● Support the day-to-day execution of social responsibility initiatives that target key social issues, promotion in social emotional skills, increase community engagement and self-efficacy. ● Build and execute a roadmap for strategic partnership with larger organizations to increase opportunities with youth and BIPOC student programs. ● Build and plan unique special events at all educational levels such as conferences and workshops to build participant engagement and high school education establishments.● Plan and execute educational and bonding activities that promote social connectivity and agency values at all facets education establishments. ● Advocate for youth development and needs with Department of Education administration staff to ensure community and education enhancement. ● Develop strategic plans that focus on continuous improvement of positive employee experience, recognition, employee relations, and performance management; improve employee retention.● Execution of yearly budget across all regions● Coordinates and supports employee onboarding, regulatory compliance maintenance, and HR projects.● Ensuring existing employee experience and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, and leading recruitment engagement. ● Analyzing employee and stake-holders engagement (Connections) survey data, diving deep to identify community needs and trends, devising action plans, and tracking from conception to execution. ● Successfully demonstrates competency in communication with DYCD as well as the NYC Commissioners Office. ● Qualified in communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written.
