Participated in QCDD inspection and resolving QCDD issues, conduct testing & commissioning of Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems for final acceptance of the project.Review and approval of red line drawing & as built drawings from the subcontractor side such as schematic layout, labelling schemes Cause & Effect matrix. Etc. as per project requirements.Overseeing the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of ELV systems such as Fire Alarm system, PA system, Emergency Central battery system, CCTV system, Car Park management systems, BMS system,Vesda system, Access control system .Participated in kahramaa Inspection for down stream electrical system from LV panel to DB and verify the Site installation meets kahramaa regulation in accordance with contract. .Witnessing of testing & commissioning of Electrical systems such as MV /LV Panel SMB,DB,Mcc starter Panels, VFD, UPS system, Generator etc.Coordinating with different services & special systems ensuring compliance to Civil defence QCDD, Such as fire curtain, FCU/VAV/AHU,sliding doors,Lift,SPF Fans,LCP,Air curtain,Fire Sliding doors. Ansul system, FM 200 ,Foam test.Witness various electrical tests such as, Loop impedance test, IR test, Earth resistance test, load bank test for generator, Hi pot test for MV panels, Polarity test, Earth leakage trip test. Etc.Knowledge in commissioning of electrical panels related to mechanical systems such as AHU,VAV,FCU. Verify installation and testing of ICT components such as structured cabling,Racks ,CAT 6 & FOC cable termination,Switches,master clock etc. Attend pre commissioning of Av systems such as Cisco Sparkle Tv, Projector ,Video Wall, Audio system, communication in bridge network in different meeting room, IPTV system .Familiar with the test equipment for ICT cables such as TDR (Test Time Domain Reflectometer), OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) and OLTS test (Optical Loss Test Set)

Conduct site inspection and ensure all electrical installation must comply with the design specifications, as per drawings and as per applicable standard. Coordinate and prepare various documents such as test, inspection reports, etc.Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.Supervise the work under as per specifications and standards. Verification of materials supplied with that of material submittal.Highlighting all discrepancies detected during monitoring inspection and informing the same to Manager. Follow up of corrective and preventive action for NCR/CARs issued and verification of the same. Implementing proper installation, wiring and cable laying, cladding, termination, witnessing of insulation resistance test and Loop Impedance test.Perform proactive surveillance inspection to minimize or avoid discrepancy and non-conformance rectification cost and time.Coordinate with the client for punch list closure and final acceptance.Perform Snagging Procedure in accordance to QAQC manager instruction.Ensure that the Items mentioned in the materiel delivery copy is matching the approved materiel submittal.Verify the fire strategy plan from Qatar civil defence along with the approved shop drawing for any deviations in the plan.

Responsible for providing facility management blue print plan for power supplies & distribution for temporary facility for the Site startup. Responsible for providing preventive maintenance plan that will ensure the facility is maintained well.Responsible for design, operation, repair, maintenance, extension of temporary electrical system. Working along with Health & Safety Team to provide a safe working environment during construction which includes implementing permit to work procedure,LOTO,risk assessment,temporary fire alarm system. Preparing Equipment logs, checklist/Fault register/Internal Audit of electrical system/Power schedules etc .Assure the presence of proper safety indications (Emergency Procedure like shock plan, Exit signage.).Responsible for carry out routine preventive & corrective actions in electrical system.Ensure that key spare part for generator and electrical equipment are Identified and stocked properly.Prepare monthly inspection and maintenance report as per the ESSW plan to the consultant (safety Dept)
