Current• Lead and manage the Digital Success Team in executing activities for various Digital Transformation initiatives, including implementations of Coupa, Computer Maintenance Management System, Terminal Management System, custom applications, and more.• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, business stakeholders, and end-users to spearhead change management initiatives for large-scale and intricate digital transformation programs, digital products, and solutions.• Design and execute comprehensive change management activities, encompassing culture assessment, team building, change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, sponsor roadmap, resistance management, communication strategies, engagement tactics, adoption initiatives, and facilitate lessons learned.• Establish and nurture robust client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal project teams.• Effectively communicate change strategies and influence stakeholders from C-suite to front line.• Engage closely with users and stakeholders to comprehend business processes and user requests, facilitating sessions to drive clarity on requirements and ensure successful adoption.• Identify critical milestones for change adoption monitoring.• Provide support to business units in resolving product, systems, and user issues.• Design and develop the Digital Success practice area within Digineox.• Defined and developed the Enablement Playbook, outlining processes, artifact standards, roles and responsibilities, and best practices in Organizational Change Management.
