Set the stage for Cloud based Real Time Monitoring System for upcoming BSEE Well Control Rule for Blow Out Preventers (BOP). -Digital Fingerprinting (NDT): Delivered PAUT NDT Inspection technology for BOP on Offshore Rigs by partnering with GE Measurement & Control. Team got an award at World Oil Congress for breakthrough technology. Achieved 40% reduction in Inspection time. Provided new revenue stream to the Drilling in a year of financial decline. -Asset Lifecycle Management: Improved Asset Tracking, Traceability and Regulatory Compliance by establishing Cycle Counting, Inspection, Overhaul and Repair based Asset Lifecycle Management system using Automatic Identification Solutions for BOP and Risers. Enabled orders on CSA.-Continuous Condition Monitoring: Led NAXYS Acoustics based Pilot for real time monitoring of BOP Hydraulic Leaks and Open & Close functions. Pilot is priority for '16 to deliver CSA productivity with maintenance optimization & BOP Stack pull avoidance.
