About Aditya Jain

Inspired by "Be the change you wish to see". I find excitement in factors affecting change and development. It lead me to work on diverse projects to understand culture and system's influence on meaningful engagement and effectiveness. Currently, I am working as a senior consultant with OD Alternatives. I look at end-to-end client management viz., business development, designing, delivery and evaluation of consulting and capacity building projects for organizations like Wells Fargo, CK Birla, Tata Realty, Anand Group, Anarock, Wallmart, Recity, Go Desi etc.Consulting projects like Projects like designing Employee Experience, Performance Management Systems, L&D programs, Employee Engagement Survey, PoSH and other culture initiatives. Capacity building sessions on Strategic Thinking, Organization Culture, Facilitation TTT, Leading Self, Building High Performing Teams etc. for senior managers of organizations.I wish to build expertise in people development domain and factors which creates meaningful work culture. My going in hypothesis is 2 to 10 i.e. 2x cultural transformation can lead to 10x impact with existing resources.
