- Ensured student learning outcomes in 5 rural schools through capacity building of teachers, headmasters and designing workshops to enhance leadership and understanding on pedagogy of Language and Maths. - Collaborated with 7 co-fellows to achieve 15% increment in Student Learning Outcome (SLO) for 40 schools.- Trained to implement the TIPPS (Teacher Instructional Practices and Processes System), an observation tool that aims to understand the quality of the classroom environment. - Stayed with community members of tribal belt for 80 days in 3 parts understanding the grassroot challenges.- Finalist of Kuan Banega The New Millionaire (KBTNM) program which aims to develop entrepreneur skills within fellows.
