At Sapient Nishant managed business in the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce space. His role was critical to take the customer to the next level of digital innovation. He managed the building of new digital platforms for customers to enable them to provide an elevated level of customer experience, flexibility to respond to changing trends and to lead the digital space with breakthrough innovation, both in terms of content and commerce. He handled the delivery of all design and development for accounts and ensure that it is inline with the vision of the customer. He worked in strengthening the relationship through delivery excellence and in depth understanding of the customer’s business space and pain areas. He had been responsible for all aspects of the project like resource planning, stakeholder management, budget planning and managing delivery for release to customer and managed the profit margins of each project and ensure that they are maximized.

In GlobalLogic, Nishant has worked in both the technical and managerial aspects of projects. He was involved in the managed and development of projects in the Telecom, Travel and mCommerce domains. He had successfully managed small as well as large teams with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. As an acknowledgement of his work he was given the GlobalLogic Leadership Excellence Award as well as nominated for the Annual GlobalLogic KAPPA Award. A few of the areas he had worked upon are – • Account Management. Managing the customer and their expectations.• Responsible for account growth and resource planning.• Managing communication and work between multi location teams for timely releases.• Complete ownership of design and development for all development being done by the team.• Mentor the team to ensure high level of motivation and ownership.• Growing the account through delivery excellence.

The main areas worked upon during his stay in Wipro (after the acquisition of the Ericsson center by Wipro) were in Ecommerce Product development and as a Subject Matter Expert for a critical product migration for a customer.His efforts was highly appreciated by the customer and he was awarded the Wipro Excellence Award (VANGUARD) for Best Project Delivery .

The main areas of work for during Nishant’s tenure at Ericsson was to work on Telecom Billing products (GSM, GPRS, IP etc). He was involved in all the phases of software development (design to deployment) during his multiple projects of product development in Ericsson.
