Optimized site experience for Jewelry, Shoes and Accessories pages by running and analyzing customer search and browse behavior reports to determine how to maximize conversion rates for the category pages and shelves. Worked with the search team to optimize search results by analyzing reports of where customer engagement is the strongest and providing links on those search pages to improve customer experience. Used Adobe Omniture and other proprietary software to analyze which items need to be optimized. Setup the landing pages for campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc). Worked with the shelf team to create links for promotions. Managed item pages for vendors Elan Polo and Renfro on Walmart.com by making sure that images, size, color and content are up to date and by fixing item page errors. Ran and analyzed sales reports, digging deeper into why certain categories are not performing well. Learned and passed along any information from Walmart.com that helped the vendors increase visibility on the site and increase sales. Coordinated inbound PO’s and new item setup from the vendor’s and Walmart.com end, checking for discrepancies and made sure that the PO’s are shipped in a timely manner and that the new item setup process is completed in a timely matter. Identified problems and worked with cross-functional groups within Walmart.com and Elan Polo/Renfro.Selected Achievements:•Coordinating the shipment of over 54,000 pairs of shoes for Elan Polo that were supposed to have shipped in 2015 by verifying the orders to the new shoe buyers, by correcting any discrepancies that was preventing the shoes from being shipped and by communicating and asking questions about issues that came up to get the items shipped faster. •Achieving a 20% YTD sales comp for Renfro.
