Oversee the development and production usage of ADAS files for multiple OEMs, ensuring seamless integration and maintaining calibration data throughout its lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, employing meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure proper functionality and performance in ADAS systems- Validate and prepare ultra-sonic and camera system files for production release. Provide documentation, encryption, and security keys for the release of files to global customers.- Make improvements to the validation and signing process currently in use for production file release. Document and share updates with global teams.- Provide tracking information, changelogs, and file comparisons for all calibrations sent to global teams for development.

Assist students in reaching higher levels of mathematics by strengthening their knowledge in foundational concepts from basic math to Algebra II.- Assist and teach students with troublesome coursework in order to improve understanding and classroom performance.- Provide virtual and in-person tutoring sessions in Basic Mathematics to Algebra II.

Support development and integration of autonomous parking and active safety features for an automotive OEM with a focus on vehicle system-level performance. Utilized Vector CANoe and CANape for in-vehicle data acquisition and debugging.- Responsible for the development of a production-ready calibration for the Ultrasonic Park Assist and Automatic Park Assist system for OEMs vehicle variants. - Utilized ADTF simulations in order to optimize vehicle performance with in-vehicle acquired data to improve overall system performance.- Manage multiple customer vehicle variants and ensure proper sensor installation requirements are met for the Generation 6 Bosch ultrasonic sensor.- Work with international teams to debug and make improvements to current and new calibration tools and strategies to improve efficiency amongst the team.

Calibrated Air Measurement and Thermal Management Embedded Powertrain Controls and On-Board Diagnostics (OBD II) for small gas engine vehicles sold in North American, South American, European, and Asian regions while meeting OBD and CARB requirements. • Resolved warranty issues, and used calibration knowledge to determine the best course of action and testing for problem resolution. Doing so helped maintain manufacturing output by solving end-of-line testing issues and improved customer relations by rapidly finding solutions to customer concerns. • Improved controls and diagnostic robustness by conducting chassis dynamometer testing and data collection on vehicles in an atmosphere-controlled test chamber. The improvements allowed for better results in diagnostic performance which improved warranty metrics and decrease issues the customer experienced. • Traveled to multiple North American sites to test vehicles under various ambient conditions to validate completed work and CARB requirements. Testing under different ambient conditions provided additional data and exposure to calibrations to accurately confirm performance. • Processed and analyzed vehicle warranty data to foresee emerging issues in customer vehicles. Reviewed customer verbatim, dealership data, and manufacturer data to find increases in faults detected in vehicles. Early detection prevented future problems, and vehicle recalls by finding the root causes of failures and actively worked to resolve in a timely manner.

Utilized ETAS INCA software to collect data from vehicles by performing a variety of vehicle maneuvers and tests to be compared against competitor products and identified areas of drive quality that needed improvement. • Collected Static and Transient Acceleration Response Map data from pre-production vehicles for evaluation and comparison. The results brought attention to vehicles not performing well, and the proper teams were contacted to improve acceleration before production. • Tracked Acceleration Response Map data on pre-production vehicles for validation. Allowed engineers to foresee acceleration response issues on products in the early stages of development. • Benchmarked drive quality metrics on both General Motor’s and competitor’s vehicles for comparisons. The data obtained allowed calibration engineers to compare current products to competitors and highlight performance areas that needed improving. • Assisted in an accelerator pedal response clinic to collect data on customer pedal preference. Gave insight to calibration engineers that led to improvements to accelerator pedal response for future applications.

Collected cold start data on competitor vehicles in sub-freezing test chambers to compare against General Motors vehicles. Produced the first draft of the COPO Camaro build book by documenting the build process of the proof of concept and production vehicles. • Benchmarked results of cold start testing to current General Motors vehicles to find areas of improvement for future products. • Documented in detail the manufacturing process of the 2012 COPO Camaro. Led to the creation of a build book that allowed car enthusiasts to replicate the manufacturing process and purchase supplies to build their performance Camaro. • Organized original Bill of Materials and documented build process for 2011 COPO Camaro Concept. Allowed General Motors to assign part numbers and sell materials to car enthusiasts as performance components. • Communicated with vendors and assured the deliverance of parts needed for the completion of the 2011 COPO Camaro Concept. This improved production timing of the proof of concept COPO Camaro.
