After working and saving for the past four years I made the decision to independently travel across South East Asia. During this time I have volunteered in multiple charity schools teaching English to both adults and children. I concluded my travels by making the decision to relocate to Australia with the aim to continue to develop my career as a 360.

• Working long hours to build a new division within an established recruitment organisation, whilst gaining an understanding of the education recruitment industry to expand my understanding of their requirements and needs.
• Creating a database of clients and candidates, using job boards such as CV library, total jobs, also involved in advertising job roles
• Liaising with clients to gain a clear understanding of their needs to provide them with staff that will benefit to their organisation
• Relaying specific work duties, expectations, benefits and salaries to candidates
• Involved in negotiating the salary between the candidate and client
• Assisting candidates with their interview techniques, CV formatting and directing them to providers of relevant training and qualifications, to upskill my pool of candidates
