In his fourteen years at MCM, he has led a large-scale diversified operation and, brought in sharper focus on cost optimization and talent management within the company. He has been pivotal in developing a business strategy for India based service lines across the Call Centers and Internal Legal. In the past, he engineered the Cabot service delivery from India, and spent two years at Baycorp in Australia, building operational resilience and market competitiveness. At present, Jaison champions various transformational people and process initiatives, powered by analytics and the corporate vision. In his career, that spans over two decades, he has worked with organizations as diverse as Aegis BPO, GE Capital International Services, IBM Daksh, Global Vantedge and United Airlines. A commerce graduate, Jaison enjoys a good game of golf, being all ally to diverse groups, and sponsoring all Encore For Community programs in India.
