Production Services Leader for Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS), a division of Citigroup's Institutional Clients Group (ICG), that offers integrated cash management and trade services and finance to multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations around the world.- Lead a global Production Services team for Level 1 and Level 2 functions, that supports multiple live applications in Global Trade for Citibank- Partner and collaborate with Development teams to plan, schedule and implement UAT certified application releases in Production. This includes preparing implementation timeline plans, coordinating with Operations for business validations, providing inputs on rollback strategies and post production tracking of issues to closure- Managing budget allocations for Production support teams, vendor management, operational metrics tracking, capacity management and problem issues reporting and tracking- Implementing automation tactics on several manual tasks using tools such as Autosys and ITRS, for scheduling, monitoring and reporting of processes, application and infrastructure- Focus on technology risks and controls, reduce Production manual touches, influencing automated solutions for repetitive work and enhancing stability to Production environments- Standard Incident management, Major Incident management and Problem management reporting and tracking with ServiceNow. Periodic communication of trending reports for management- Annual disaster recovery evaluation with a complete failover test of Production environment to COB- Strong leadership in vendor consolidation strategy, achieve a Fixed Price Contract model across the portfolio and introduce the concept of role and responsibility segregation through structuring the Command Center, Service Desk, Level 1 and Level 2 teams

Production Services Leader for Treasury Services - Trade Technology- Plan and execute the migration strategy of live Trade applications to a new scalable datacenter and to a different technology stack.
