Responsible for building and maintaining global RFID strategy covering the end-to-end capabilities: from source to store that drives PVH+ objectives. Partner across PVH regional, global, and functional teams to build capability, accelerate progress, and drive results. Leverage critical subject matter expertise to elevate PVH tools and ways of working in support of key enterprise and regional level goals and targets.

Elected by the board as Chair of the RAIN RFID Alliance for a 2 year term. Works with President and CEO, Aileen Ryan. Represents and Presents on the RAIN RFID Alliance at conferences, and RAIN meetings. Responsible for setting agenda and direction along with the President and CEO.

RAIN RFID Alliance is the industry group that manages UHF RFID (known as RAIN). I participate on all board of director functions as well as act as treasurer to approve and review budgets and release funds for payment. This is a volunteer role for the RAIN association.

I guided the strategic roadmap for our partner ecosystem for RAIN RFID and Digital solutions with the Avery Dennison Smartrac division. I found new partners and enhanced existing partnerships to ensure a win-win for our customers. RAIN RFID is the essential foundational IoT technology to track assets, improve store inventory accuracy and order accuracy in all Omnichannel especially Ship from Store and BOPIS / BOPUS transactions. Food expiry management, track and trace and loss prevention are also key use cases for grocery. Software Partners I managed included Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Infor, Nedap, Detego, Retail Reload, Mojix, RIOT, Sensormatic, SimplyRFID, and others. Hardware partners include Zebra, Impinj, Barcoding Inc, Bluebird, Keonn, CSL, Chainway, Suec and others.

I led over 50 employees and contractors on multiple Retail Technology Support Teams as the Director of Store Technology Operations, including Store Support, New Store Opening, Payment technology (EMV) and Omnichannel RFID IT teams. I collaborated closely with the business side including Store Operations, Omnichannel and RFID teams to ensure that our educators (store associates) had the IT tools in the stores to ensure an excellent guest experience.I was promoted five times including progressive Manager and Director Roles on the Finance IT teams. Prior positions at lululemon over 6 years included Program Manager for Finance transformation (Oracle ERP, Hyperion and Document Management - Kofax- AP Automation) I spent a year as the Program Manager of the lululemon RFID project. I managed the overall RFID program and budget for the IT side of the RFID rollout for lululemon in North America and Hong Kong. I am considered an expert of RFID in retail and spoke at several conferences including RFID Journal Live (keynote speaker) , the NRF Big Show in NYC in 2016, and RFID in Retail in Apparel 2017.

In a brief detour back into the world of military contracting, I coordinated project activities with suppliers in Israel and customers in the Australian and Canadian forces as well as internal MDA project activities related to the Nankeen UAV program for the training and operations of Heron UAV's for the Australian Defence Force in Afghanistan. I was the Project Engineer on a program with Australian Air Force. Worked in Canada, Australia and Israel. I successfully held Canadian Secret Clearance. I was responsible, along with the project manager for financial and risk management, contract management to the customer and subcontractors, I also recruited technicians and UAV pilots to work and fly in Afghanistan, Canada and Australia. This was an incredible project with life saving technology for Allied troops in Afghanistan.

Project Manager for Oracle EBS for two MDA Canadian subsidiaries to standardize business processes for three companies that were operating within the same building. Project Manager for Oracle EBS R12 for two US based land and property subsidiaries leading teams of people to successfully implement high volume complex billing systems.

PM in the group responsible for executing contracts and pursuing new business opportunities for commercial and military flight simulators. Held US secret clearance after becoming a US citizen.
