Current• Launched a feature awareness survey, analyzed qualitative and quantitative data about nine desktop features and six mobile features, and shared actionable recommendations for each feature to make them more discoverable.• Won a company-wide competition with the mobile team and helped them refine the concept by running several studies including concept, usability, workshops, etc. to make the app an acquisition channel and increase revenue.• Identified benchmark onboarding experience ratings for Constant Contacts and a competitor by analyzing 100+ unmoderated sessions, created a journey map highlighting opportunities, and shared specific recommendations.• Reduced calls to support by usability testing the multi-factor authentication flow and suggested ways of making the flow more intuitive and self-service.
