Business Administrator For Central & WalesTarmac Aug 2014 - Nov 2015SystonDuring my first role at Tarmac I gained skills in:• Processing customer’s proof of deliveries (POD’s), by making sure they matched Tarmac’s standards (on average we received around a 100,000 a month).• Keying on additional data (add-ons) on SAP, ensuring the customer is charged correctly and the haulier is paid the correct amount for any additional waiting time incurred or for any returns.• Keying on manual orders to process quarry to quarry movements of material for large quantities, such as 200 tonnes.• Transferring data from SAP to external spreadsheets in order to create a summary for specific customers who then negotiate with Tarmac for the amount to be paid.• Used my skills in Excel to create a spreadsheet that logs which plant has sent in POD’s on each day of the week to show their frequency and highlight any that where infrequent.
