Following on from completing English A-Levels at college I began my working career at McDonalds as a Crew Member. Working my way up to Shift Manager before I turned 18 which is something I am very proud of! After deciding on a career change in order to continue adding feathers to my bow & building a wide range of skills I joined Morrisons in 2017 as a department manager in a small store. Over the course of the next few years I built a retail knowledge & experience that I have been able to share, coach and guide peers & colleagues to help them develop in their own right. After I was promoted to Operations Manager and moved to a large structure shop it was there I was able to build working relationships, develop my own brand, grow as a leader and ensured that I learnt all the skills I needed to become a Store Manager. I pride myself on being a modern-day Store Manager with a desire to grow and develop myself and others whilst appreciating the old-styled ways of working to use together to deliver strong metrics, serve my customers and colleagues well and support my peers to the best off my ability. Through demonstrating ways of working that connects our teams, builds relationships between stake-holders, and ensures our customers get the best customer-focused service I am passionate about ensuring that results not only speak on paper but also through my team too.
