My lifelong dream of becoming a fighter pilot was realized when I was accepted into the South African Air Force.During military training, hearing ability in one ear rapidly deteriorated. On January 7th, 2013, my contract was terminated due to a failed medical examination which concluded that the hearing loss was permanent.Following this experience, I pursued my other passions: sales, marketing, design, and content creation.Despite this, I continue to have a great deal of interest in aviation and am hopeful that I will one day own my own aerobatic aircraft.
