Outside of production facilities the AtkinsRealis team has executed services for laboratories, corporate office spaces, warehouses, and central utility plants. Responsibilities can scale from small engineering requests for 10k -> single element estimating -> project management for $10m building -> Estimating $1.2b office campus -> all the way up to providing full owner representation for $2b battery production campus. Manage large industrial addition and plant renovation / freshening. Project includes a large addition, mezzanine constructed over active production, paint line, Automatic Storage Racking System high bay, office renovation, full service cafeteria, and an on site day care. Includes close coordination with internal engineers, internal/external estimators, and contractors to complete projects on time and on budget. Constant communication with plant personnel, local municipalities, and plant management to execute work with minimal disruption to operations. Navigating Local, State, and Federal requirements for wetland mitigation of 12 acres. Working closely with finance to manage the changes in the budgets, forecast workload, and forecast financial impact. Working daily on value engineering and cost control, with the end user, engineers, and contractors.

Plan and estimate large industrial projects in Canada, US, and Mexico. Includes coordination with corporate strategic planners, internal engineers, project managers, and plant personnel. Working closely with Finance and Project managers to estimate projects as they change and evolve.

Bid, Purchase, Schedule, Manage, & Closeout commercial projects ranging from data centers, offices, governmental, to retail. Experience gained in cradle to grave project management. Worked closely with clients, owners, architects, subcontractors, and field personnel to complete projects in a successful manner. Extensive work projecting costs and managing changes throughout the duration of the projects. Familiar with construction cost management.

Operations and pre-construction department intern. Duties include managing multiple purchasing schedules for subcontracts, p3, and project scheduling, handling and logging of submittals and transmittals, various estimating tasks, and subcontractor relations.

Duties include Delivery of Ice in a timely Manner, Managing of a changing delivery route, maintenance of ice refrigeration units, as well as the loading and stocking of ice boxes and trucks.
