Administer and process transactions for vouchers and maintain invoices for ledgers and reconcile financial statements. Analyze accounting processes and make appropriate correction as required. Develop and manage financial statements and ensure confidentiality of all information. Manage data, administer appropriate coding and update information on processing system.

Responsible for all freight that is processed and pay invoice as well as file claims for freight not received. Monitor and verify accounts on the general journal monthly. Audit and verify pricing throughout the store to maintain accuracy and capture and shrink that might have occurred.
