As an MBA candidate at Cox and an active duty Major, I am passionate about applying the skills and knowledge I acquire in the classroom to real-world challenges and opportunities. I have eleven years of experience in leading, managing, and executing complex operations in diverse and dynamic environments, often under tight time and resource constraints.I have demonstrated success in building and guiding high-performing, cross-functional teams, as well as developing and maintaining effective relationships with executive leaders and partners. I have a proven track record of delivering on project and program goals, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and solving problems with analytical and technical skills. I am also an excellent trainer, coach, facilitator, mentor, and project manager. My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience to create lasting impacts in the Army and beyond.
