Off season, pre season, and in season conditioning was put together and implemented including gym sessions developing strength qualities and sessions designed for injury prevention. Match day preparation and post game recovery protocols were put in place for the players to ensure they were appropriately fuelled for training and games and players had as much information as they needed to recover as well as possible post games. I took on 200 hour placement opportunity at Doncaster Rovers working with the mens under 18s academy team. During this placement, I lead training and match day warm ups, organised and set up conditioning activities, supervised gym sessions, used and collected data from GPS technology, and produced daily training session reports for the coaches.
