I like to play, board and video games in particular. At work, I like to play too.Tinkering with new ideas, investigating better stronger resolutions to problems and creating ways to achieve tangible results energizes me.I prefer to think about the people who use products rather than the product or task itself. Because, in the end, it is the customer who decides the quality of my work. I continually ask myself“How can I encourage our customers to discover new ways to use our innovative features”?“What effective and scalable solutions to complex networking problems have yet to be discovered”?“What surprises are just around the corner and how can we prepare for that”?By asking the right questions I am able to build a bond with the user and by collaborating within a team I am inspired by the possibilities we didn’t expect.And that’s the fun of games after all. The end is not predictable. Winning requires great observational skills, being able to predict a player’s next move and making sure that when the opportunity comes, take it.
