Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment. Troubleshoot and repair problems. Routine facility maintenance. Replace motors and pumps as needed. Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic duties.

Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, and chemical feed equipment. Troubleshoot any electrical or feed equipment problems. Calibrate electronic monitoring equipment and controls. Add electrical circuits as needed. Update and maintain extensive work order program. Maintain 2 emergency backup generators. Fill in for Water Plant operators when needed. In charge of equipment, tool, and supply purchasing.

Duties: Replace and repair lighting in three (3) different Country Mart Stores around the area. Put up new services on residential homes. Make service calls. Add new circuits and equipment for commercial buildings. Keep track of hours and material for each week.
