I have now progressed once more into the position of HR Business Partner at Peninsula. My responsibility is now creating a lasting first impression for new Peninsula clients, whilst ensuring they receive a new bespoke, legally compliant HR system to replace any existing documentation they may have implemented. It is the vital first step in the Peninsula client journey, and a massive step in the right direction for my career and development. I pride myself on my customer service and engagement, and will carry this into this position.

Senior HR Documentation Advisor consists of a regimented 4 meeting per day structure, where the team are solely responsible primarily for the updating and reviewing of Peninsula’s ever growing client base’s HR documentation. Making them aware of the legislative changes that will have an impact and making those updates for the client. A very important step in the service that Peninsula provides and a great way of educating the client base. A very technical role with the requirement of consistent knowledge and updating of knowledge in order to correctly and confidently inform clients.

Peninsula are a leading outsourcing HR support base for SMEs and I work as a documentation advisor for the clients, drafting, reviewing and advising them on their HR Documentation.
