Following an internship working on data from the RAPID Biodynamic Haematogel clinical trial, I was involved with the manufacturing team visiting participants at hospitals involved with our trial.

Six weeks with Research Donors where I acquired skills in the lab relating to blood group screening, cell count, infectious disease testing and preparation of samples. I became familiar with production of PBMCs, subsequent viability assay and PCR testing for presence of bacteria. I was also involved with antibody and qPCR Covid-19 testing.
