I am currently an Instructor for the U.S. Army's Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Advanced Leaders Course (ALC). For the last 3 years, I have had the privilege to play a part in the development and evaluation of leaders preparing to take the next pivotal role in their careers. During that time, I worked closely with our team of dedicated cadre to enhance our training techniques, equipment, and evaluation standards to better prepare students for future challenges and opportunities.This current position has allowed me to refine the talents and traits I've developed over the past ten years while serving in the U.S. Army EOD. The ability to apply team Cohesion, Critical thinking, and time/talent management have been paramount in the successful completion of vital assignments in my current career as well as key moments in my personal life. These skills, along with many others I have gained from my mentors, have granted me the opportunity to further contribute my services to the nation.
