Specialist in transactional and advisory matters involving intellectual property and technology. I advise clients across a variety of sectors including life sciences, software/technology and media and entertainment. My work includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of IP/IT licences and commercial agreements, advising on the IP/IT aspects of transactions and advising on matters relating to data protection. As well as my time in private practice, I have worked in-house at companies such as Gilead, GlaxoSmithKline, iris, National Air Traffic Services and John Lewis, giving me a strong understanding of the challenges faced by in-house counsel.
