Reporting directly to the Service Desk Leader I was responsible for multiple teams. My main function was to manage the daily operations of a Service Desk. I also was an integral part of a project to implemented Service Now across GE internationally, I was responsible for gathering GE Capital ANZ requirements to assimilate into a global platform to share IT services across the whole of GE.
