With over 14 years’ experience in the print industry, I have acquired some fantastic and unique skills in Client Services, Business Development, Production Management… to name a few. I have been lucky to create some amazing relationships over these 14 years where I helped execute some diverse campaigns across a number of services such as digital & offset printing, wide format printing, point of sale products, stickers & labels, ridged displays, signage, packaging, promotional merchandise and mailing & fulfilment.

As sales and marketing manager for the Adpost Group of companies I oversee the subsidiaries that make up the group to ensure we are achieving the goals require for sustainability and growth of both revenue and client base. My responsibilities are diverse and dynamic to the unique position we have in the marketplace to which we offer our clients a wide range of services and products related to their to own sales and operational requirements. Of these responsibilities one is managing key relationships with local councils and state government departments helping them meet communication obligations to their target audiences through internal print and distribution channels. As a manager I aim to keep the sales team always thinking pragmatically to help keep our services relevant to our clients needs so we don't just provide the best solution for their immediate needs as a one off, but look to engrain ourselves into their companies, giving Adpost Group longevity and relevance for a sustained profitable partnership. I am proud to be part of the core management team at Adpost Group, it has given me the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Finical Director on strategies for development for staffing and processes. This helps to make sure we continue to cement our position in the industry not just through the ever changing landscape but to identify ways we can be pioneers for change and to think differently to better provide solutions for our clients and create a better workplace for our staff to allow them to thrive.

During my time as Production Manager I was responsible for the day to day running of the Production department and its 14+ staff members. Working with stakeholders in Sales and Pre-press departments it was my sole duty to ensure the high standard of the group were constantly met through my ISO and Lean Manufacturing training, techniques I learnt meant we as a department could deliver on time every time for our large client base of varying industries. Being proactive to potential risks and always wanting to find creative solutions to better existing processes, this made me seek out collaborations with other key staff members to gain valuable in-site all business operations to make the Production department are more succinct and streamlined team which would go on to help the business as a whole over my year in charge.
