Working with Waitrose & Partners since August 2022, I plan to continue working on a student transfer while studying in London. My responsibilities within this role are varied, including tasks that are customer-facing, such as taking payment, collecting parcels and serving on counters and tasks that facilitate a smooth operation, such as replenishment of shelves, reducing stock close to expiry and completing online orders on Deliveroo and Uber.

I worked for just over a year in a school uniform business, working within a team supplying clothing for schools in the local area. My role included developing initial customer service skills such as communicating with customers, organising and preparing clothes for embroidery to order and other general retail tasks, as necessary.
