As a Senior UX Designer at eharmony, I was responsible for formulating new ideas to increase engagement, retention, and revenue within the product. To accomplish this, I led cross-discipline brainstorm sessions utilizing UX Methodology to foster ideation.Within the design phase, my involvement ranged anywhere from wireframes and prototypes, to final visual design and spec creation.I was also very passionate about improving the UX process at eharmony by optimizing JIRA usage, inter-team communication, and improving the UX review process.

Remote

Short term contract as the sole UX designer for a Hidden Object game. Responsible for re-designing the game’s entire UX from scratch. I created user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. I also helped direct UI design by providing direction and insight.This was a remote job, requiring telecommunication in which I communicated directly with Art, Engineering, and PM.
