Sales Administration Executive
CurrentKey responsibilites and duties include:• Assisting the Accounts department with the regulation of client invoicing.• Coordinating the payment of Commission for any applicable staff.• Managing the Sales and Accounts department of the US office -QA Software LLC.• Assisting the Sales team with their Account Management tasks.• Conducting audits on both Sales and Account processes to ensure nothing is missed.• Coordinating Concise Training for the Americas.• Regular reviews and audits of all client contracts.• Identification of ways to optimise the Sales and Accounts departments, and development and documentation of consequent procedures.• Assisting in the development of marketing material for the Sales team.• Assist sales members with their lead generation strategies, research and identification of new projects.• Assemble reporting on the sales funnel and sales budget / forecast from details supplied by sales team.
