Feb 2016 – September 2017: Star of The Sea, Villa Maria Catholic Homes - Torquay- No. 1 Site Manager, $18m Aged care facility.- Comprising of ninety-six rooms, serveries, a commercial kitchen, chapel, and numerous sitting rooms the 8000m2 two story building is on track for a successful completion.Feb 2015 – October 2015: Plumbing Industry Climate Action Centre – Breakwater- No. 1 Site Manager, $4m Design and Construct project – Plumbing training facility- Comprising of insulated precast panels, insulated roof panels, exposed steelwork interactive open learning training areas consisting of overhead hanging services frames, in floor heating, interactive visible plantrooms, glass paneling in walls to view working services. The building was all based around interactive learning. Excellent client/architect/consultant relations throughout the build handing over on time and budget.Jan 2014 – October 2014: Waurn Ponds Police and SES Complex- No. 2 Site Manager, $11.2m- The facility includes 2,831 sqm of combined gross building area over two levels and on-site car parking for 88 cars. The site required Cultural Heritage protocols be followed in a professional and respectful manner. There were also strict environmental plans that had to be implemented to protect neighbouring flora and fauna including the Growling Grass Frog and in the Waurn Ponds Creek the Yarra Pigmy Perch. A tight construction period was set by the State Government, this project has all the elements you can imagine of a major commercial project.

5 Welbeck St, Grade 2 listed facade- No. 2 Site Manager $4m 6 month CAT A, Design & Construct- Scope : 6 floor 9,000 m2 refurbishment. All floors stripped with lifts and stairwells refurbished. New core toilets on each floor consisting of 6 toilets/floor, new partition walls, perimeter insulated walls, medium grade raised flooring , plaster perimeter margins and new ceiling tiles- Reception entrance: Portland sand stone floors, acoustic veneer paneled walls, Armourcoat polished plaster, back painted glass and stainless steel edging- External facade full stone clean and decorations.Google HQ, 123 Buckingham Palace Rd, Victoria- No. 1 Site Manager $90k fast paced 2 week fit out- Scope : Out of hours, worked in conjunction with building management and neighboring floors, high security checks and balances in place. Works consisted of 3 office’s remodeled into physiotherapy room, relaxation/meditation room and a consulting office, partition walls stripped out and reconfigured, new carpet, vinyl, curtains, cabinetry, manifestation.Rugby Transport & Hospitality, Twickenham Stadium- No. 1 Site manager $100k fast paced procurement, design and construct 4 week program- Scope : 150 m2 of open plan office turned into Board room, 2 consulting rooms and 1 sitting area- Live office environment, construction consisted of : new glass partition walls and office cubicles, sound proofed intermediate partitions with sound proofing bats to roof and floor cavities. Carpet, curtains, blinds and veneered doors to match existing.Capital Insurance, 40 Grosvenor Place Victoria- No. 1 Site Manager $150k 4 week program- Scope : Strip out office cubicles and turn into open plan office space, all surfaces were sourced to match existing - carpet, chilled ceiling tiles, veneer paneling and luminaries all out of hours in live office environment.

The National Theatre, Waterloo – Grade II Listed- Low noise demolition works: basement works, diamond drilling; hydraulic bursting and crunching, new RC car park ramp and stairs, steel works, temporary works, underground drainage, Sika waterproofing, floor/wall finishes, architectural precast concrete panels, heritage brickwork/facade repairs and general builders work.Bonham’s Auction house, Blenheim St – Grade II Listed- Demolition works, basement works, temporary works, underpinning, underground drainage, lift shaft works, external rendering, heritage brickwork, granite screed, marble finishes and general builders work.

- No. 2 on a $3.5 million shopping. Controlling final wall and floor finishes ranging from snagging fixtures and fittings to external car park curb and asphalting- Was awarded No. 1 position on $250k MRU storage shed and a $950k two stage Engineering department refurbishment at Deakin University- Waurn Ponds Campus- Inducting new site members, sub-trades safety and quality control- Submitting RFI’s, running site meetings, liaising with client, architect and contract managers- Ensuring OH&S documentation is in place and contractors on site are adhering to their SWMS and JSA’s.

Four year carpentry apprenticeship followed by two years as site foreman running daily site duties whilst training two apprentices and controlling sub trades.
