Financial Solutions Manager for Cisco Capital. Working alongside Cisco & Vendor Counterparts to provide tailored Financial Solutions to end users. Experience in financial analysis, relationship management, strategic selling and innovation in the workplace. Goal within my role is to satisfy customers, partners and colleagues by enabling Cisco products to be accessible with fiscal responsibility in mind.Selling Cisco Hardware, Software, Licensing, and Maintenance through financing.Responsible for working with Cisco Sales Representatives to grow deal size by reducing capital outlay and provide feasible budget options for their customers. Work internally with Credit team, Asset Management team, and Document Support Representatives to ensure success.Work with Vendor Partners to provide attract promotions to increase usage.Experience in Salesforce applications.Review pricing and making recommendations to management for leveraging opportunities for savings/earnings each quarter based on analyzing data.When necessary, consult with management on pricing and contracting negotiations to leverage company options. Escalate any pricing negotiations with management, deals management and QA to ensure compliance with corporate rules.Develop relationship and trust based partnering by understanding the needs of both the company and the customer.Utilize tracking tools, Microsoft office, and proprietary software to provide summaries and analysis of performance.
