I have received my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University. My passion grew for the health industry developed well before I decided to study such field in college, this passion lead me to become not only a personal trainer but a lifestyle coach. As a trainer/coach, I am constantly reading social cues from not only current clients but potential clients as well. My ability to build rapport and maintain meaningful relationships with clients makes me the best fit for any customer relations or representative. These skills lead me to my success of being a personal trainer/coach the last 4 years. I offer in person and online personal training, which also includes nutrition guidance such as calorie count, macronutrient tracking and an InBody Scan which is a helpful tool to see how workouts are going. Every workout program is specifically tailored to you and your own personal goals. My goal is to help you determine what fitness means for you, become more confident, and excel in not only the gym but your personal life was well. Online personal training includes access to my workout app which will have all of your workouts loaded onto it and even a video demonstration of an exercise if needed.
