I am an experienced senior manager with significant operational, strategic and leadership experience across transport, logistics, warehousing, dangerous goods, 3PL, security and cash management industries. I have been accountable for an operational P&L planning of more than A$250 million across 60 sites in both Australia and New Zealand and provided management and leadership to a diverse - both culturally and geographically - cohort of employees of more than 2600 team members.I am an analytical thinker with the ability to manage in times of complex and often conflicting change while still maintaining my focus on the customer. My strengths are in business leadership, people management and problem-solving and I work towards identifying issues and applying a commercially driven solution.
