My past experience in airport, commercial, office, factory and renovation projects in Singapore and Malaysia have allowed me to gain vast knowledge in the fundamentals of MVAC, fire protection and other discipline of M&E. Through knowledge transfer and constant learning, I have always implemented improvement in my design which enhance the project value in terms of performance and built environment. Project delivery is important but it should not be at the expense of client's operation cost and occupant thermal comfort. As such, I always emphasize on quality design which complies with energy, comfort and environmental targets. I strongly believe that a value of building shows the value of consultant team mindset. A grade A building need not have the best material and equipment, but rather it should be coordinated and implemented by a great mind, which in return have the best output. Not to forget, as construction harms our mother nature, sustainability plays a major role in preserving it. Even with a budget constraint, water and energy consumption should be optimized with proper planning, design and education.I take pride of my work and look forward to any challenging projects.
