Component & System level product performance evaluation using commercial and in house CFD tools • Developed Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation strategy for electronic cooling scenarios where a closed loop liquid cooling system is attached to a server system. Applied simplification methodology on cold-plate and cooling device unit with densely packed fins.• Conducted CFD simulation for turbomachinery (axial fan, radial/mixed flow type blower)Development of in house CFD simulation & design automation software• Developed a machine learning based impeller design optimization tool. Saved computational time by several orders of magnitude as compared to conventional CFD based approach. • Developed an OpenFOAM-based in house CAE tool with automation ability to conduct CFD simulations to obtain fan performance.
